An Invitation to Gather, Worship, and Be Renewed

The President’s Gathering is an invitation-only weekend created especially for those who walk closely with TMS Global and share a deep love for God’s mission in the world. This is a time to step away from the pace of everyday life, be refreshed in your faith, and reconnect with the heart of what God is doing—locally and globally. Join fellow partners, cross-cultural witnesses, and TMS Global leadership for a meaningful time of worship, Biblical teaching, rest, and unhurried connection as we celebrate God’s work and discern how He is inviting each of us to participate more fully.

This year's speakers

	Rev. Dr. Eliseo Mejía \| Keynote Theologian, pastor, and church-planting mentor with more than 35 years of experience forming leaders and planting churches in multicultural contexts. Dr. Mejía serves as affiliate faculty at Asbury Theological Seminary and is the author of Between Two Worlds and Unshakable. His ministry reflects a deep passion for cross-cultural discipleship and the global mission of the Church.
	B.R. \| Secure Cross-Cultural Witness Since 2008, Bobbie has brought the stories of Jesus into some of the world’s hardest-to-reach places, faithfully serving on the frontlines of mission.
	Rev. Luciano Pereira da Silva \| International Partner Founder and Conference Superintendent of the Global Methodist Church in Panama, Regional Coordinator of Kingdom Advancing–GMC Latin America and the Caribbean, and Founder and Leader of the ASA Movement.
	Chad & Hollie Wells \| Cross-Cultural Witnesses Serving in the Balkans, Chad and Hollie launched Holy Smokes, a BBQ restaurant that creates natural spaces for meals and conversations with neighbors, opening doors to share the hope of Jesus.
	Ranjo Clements \| Worship Leader Associate Pastor, GCF Vineyard, Kentucky Ranjo will lead us in worship as we gather to pray, reflect, and celebrate what God is doing among us.

COST:
TMS Global will cover lodging and meals from Friday evening through Sunday morning. Guests are responsible for transportation and any personal incidentals.

Guests are invited to participate in an optional group excursion to the Ark Encounter, featuring a life-sized replica of Noah’s Ark with immersive exhibits that bring the Biblical story to life. Additional details will be provided upon registration.

Rest & Recreation

Saturday afternoon includes extended time for rest, reflection, and connection. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the resort’s many amenities, all located on property:

Walking trails

This time is intentionally unstructured, allowing space for renewal and meaningful conversations.

Optional Excursion: The Ark Encounter

Monday, April 20 | 9 am – 2 pm ET

Guests are invited to participate in an optional group excursion to the Ark Encounter, featuring a life-sized replica of Noah’s Ark with immersive exhibits that bring the Biblical story to life. Additional details will be provided to those who register.

Guests are welcome to arrive early or extend their stay to enjoy the rich history and attractions of the Lexington area and nearby cities. Group hotel rates apply three days before and after the Gathering.

Airport Information

Guests not attending the Ark Encounter excursion may fly into and out of Blue Grass Airport (LEX) in Lexington.

Guests planning to attend the Ark Encounter excursion may prefer to fly out of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) since it is closer to the Ark Encounter.

The President’s Gathering is both a spiritual retreat and a time of shared vision. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll hear compelling stories of transformation from around the world, learn how God is at work through TMS Global, and spend meaningful time with others who care deeply about joining Jesus in His mission. Throughout the Gathering, there will also be opportunities to learn more about how faithful partnership—through prayer, advocacy, and generosity—helps equip disciple-makers, mobilize churches, and serve cross-cultural witnesses in challenging places. Guests are invited into this conversation thoughtfully, prayerfully, and without pressure. This weekend is designed to encourage, inspire, and invite you more deeply into what God is already doing.
